What happens if I am not satisfied with the products?

We carefully select our products and test them for quality and durability - which is why you will find each of our products in our Tesla Model 3 or Model Y. Because we don't sell anything that we wouldn't use ourselves.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 30 days to send it back to us.

How quickly do you ship? And with which shipping service provider?

There are no shipping costs for you within Germany - within the EU there are no shipping costs for orders above €100 (otherwise €9.95).

To ensure that you have your desired products in your hands quickly, we usually ship on the same day via DPD or Deutsche Post. Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.

How can I return products?

If you don't like the products or something is wrong, you have 30 days to send them back to us. Simply write to us briefly using the built-in chat or the contact form. Once received, we will immediately refund your money to the payment method you used. No questions asked.

Please make sure that the products must still be in new condition.

What happens if the product is defective?

All products come with a two-year guarantee. So if something breaks, we will replace the defective product. If we no longer offer this, we will refund your money.
