The perfect chassis setup for significantly more driving dynamics
If you have already made initial performance modifications to your sporty road vehicle, it is easy to take these into account in the damper tuning with the KW V3. The patented KW valve technology for the separate tuning of the rebound and compression stages allows you to individually adapt the vehicle-specific basic tuning of KW. For example, the KW bottom valve, which can be adjusted in twelve clicks in the low-speed pressure range, gives you the freedom to take the tire characteristics of your high- and ultra-high-performance road tires into account when setting up the chassis.
Thanks to the patented pressure level adjustment at the lower piston end of the stainless steel housing, you don't even need any tools. The adjustable compression adjustment with its twelve precise clicks allows you to influence body roll and roll movements by hand without having to change the rebound damping that optimally matches the spring rate.
With the individually adjustable rebound adjustment of the KW V3, you can directly influence the handling and comfort through the precise click adjustment. Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers are adjusted at the upper end of the piston rod using an integrated adjustment wheel or the slip-on adjustment wheel included in the scope of delivery.
By increasing the pulling force using the adjusting wheel, the body movements on the body are reduced. This means your car drives more smoothly and you have even more stability when cornering at higher speeds. For example, if you switch from your car manufacturer's approved wheel/tire combinations to larger rims, you can use the KW V3 to perfectly coordinate the driving behavior of your car and your new light alloy wheels.

This is the only way we can live up to our claim of guaranteeing a guarantee of up to five years when a KW V3 coilover kit is installed by a KW specialist dealer.
